On-Campus Recruiting
On-campus recruiting takes place throughout the academic year. Interviews are not scheduled during exams or when school is not in session. The Career Center uses Stags4Hire to coordinate the campus recruiting process. It allows employers to review applicant resumes continuously up to the application deadline and set up the interview schedule.
Employers interested in arranging on-campus interview dates are encouraged to contact Sandra Toth as soon as possible at (203) 254-4000, ext. 2150 or at stoth@fairfield.edu. Interviews are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
QuadJobs: Employers looking to fill part-time jobs can post to QuadJobs. is an app-based job portal that connects local employers with Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆ students. Employers can hire students for part-time and one-time jobs in the communities near campus as well as for jobs that can be done remotely. This service is free for students. Employers can communicate with and pay students directly through the app. A small service fee will be charged to the employer. Download the app from or the to set up your account profile.
